Tamara’s clinic requires 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel all appointments. If less than 24 hour’s notice are given,or the client does not show up to the appointment, Tamara’s clinic will regrettably take the payment in full.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. If you are late, the time will be deducted from your appointment.
